Booking Policy

To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all our guests, please take note of our salon policies:

Deposits & Booking Confirmation

  • A 40% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

  • Your booking will only be officially confirmed once the deposit has been received.

  • This deposit will be credited toward your final service total on the day of your appointment.

Punctuality & Grace Period

  • We offer a 15-minute grace period after your scheduled appointment time.

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service to avoid delaying the next client, or your appointment may be canceled and your deposit forfeited.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.

  • No-shows may be charged 100% of the service fee before a new booking can be made.

By booking and receiving services at our salon, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Health & Safety

  • Please inform your technician of any medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, or medications (including Retinol, Accutane, or antibiotics) prior to your service.

  • We are not responsible for adverse reactions due to undisclosed health information.

Results & Aftercare

  • Results may vary based on individual skin, hair, and nail conditions.

  • We are not responsible for results affected by improper aftercare or failure to follow post-treatment instructions provided by our staff.

Liability

  • All treatments are performed at the client’s own risk.

  • Purple Heart Nails & Lashes will not be held liable for any injury sustained on the premises or for the loss or damage of personal belongings.

Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Please check your service before leaving the salon; any concerns must be reported at the time of your appointment.

  • Nail Repairs: Repairs within 72 hours of service are free (excluding plain nail polish applications).
